Currently, NARAN documents the construction of the I-69 corridor and the impact that its construction has on local communities. The impact of Interstate 69's construction, negative or positive, depends on the involvement of concerned citizens such as yourself. Why is the I-69 Project Important? - It concerns 3 countries-Canada, the U.S. and Mexico-and all their residents.
- It involves 7 states-Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Texas-to differing degrees.
- Highway projects are local and so many people are unaware of I-69 as a national project.
- The consequences of this project are unknown, but will be vast and varied, so documentation by and for residents in these regions is important.
